Charlie Kao, CIH, CSP, is currently the Beaumont Area Industrial Hygiene Coordinator at ExxonMobil, a position they have held since 2012. Prior to this, Charlie worked as an Industrial Hygienist at BP from 2009 to 2012 and as a Safety Engineer at Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems from 2008 to 2009. Earlier in their career, they served as a Project Manager at Healthy Buildings from 2003 to 2008. Charlie is pursuing dual degrees in Environmental Analysis and Design and Applied Ecology at the University of California, Irvine. Additionally, they will take on the role of Senior EHS Lead at Boeing from 2018 to 2025.
