Matt James currently serves as Sales Engineer Director, Strategics at ExtraHop since July 2025. Prior to this role, Matt held multiple positions at Fortinet from September 2017 to July 2025, including Enterprise Systems Engineer III, Director of Sales Engineering, and Solutions Architect. Additionally, Matt worked as a Pre-Sales Engineer at CBTS from August 2014 to May 2017, and held the position of Tier II & III VoIP Technician at Cincinnati Bell from June 2012 to August 2014.
