Otmar Cabrera is currently serving as a Student Ambassador at Extern, helping students gain practical experience in various industries through remote externships. At George Mason University, Otmar works as a Human Resource Manager, overseeing all aspects of HR, including employee relations, performance management, and recruiting. Previously, as a Senior Human Resource Supervisor for the U.S. Government, Otmar supervised 700 employees and managed workflow to enhance productivity. Earlier roles include a Human Resource Manager position, where administration of HR programs was a key responsibility, and an Intake Specialist role at The Legal Aid Society, which involved gathering information for case pre-qualification. Otmar holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Florida International University and an Associate's degree in Legal Support Services from Purdue University.
