Jason Lewis is an experienced facilitation coach and learning leader with a robust background in management consulting and leadership development. Currently serving as a Facilitation Coach at Shift Facilitation since 2017, Jason enhances training and meetings through high-quality facilitation. Additionally, as a Learning Leader & Coach at The Next Institute since 2011, Jason has led training on crucial topics such as Coaching, Difficult Conversations, and Feedback, while also facilitating strategic innovation days for leaders. A consultant at Cloudbreak Consultants and a facilitator with ExperiencePoint since 2001, Jason specializes in change management, leadership development, and innovation simulations. Previous roles with Cenovus Energy and Suncor Energy involved consulting on change management and organizational development. Jason holds a MA in Learning and Development from Royal Roads University and a BAH in Philosophy and Art History from Queen's University.
