Gavin Harding is a seasoned professional in the banking and finance sector with a diverse background spanning various leadership roles. As Founder and President of M.I. Magill, Inc. from January 2012 to February 2015, Gavin led a consultancy focused on strategy and change management for financial services clients. Prior experience at Susquehanna Bank included roles as Executive Vice President, overseeing Business Banking, and CEO of Susquehanna Commercial Leasing, where Gavin successfully turned around the subsidiary's performance.
