Andrew Presley is currently a Senior Patent Agent and Director at Exelixis, a position they have held since 2024, following their role as a Patent Agent at the same company from 2022 to 2024. They previously worked as a Patent Agent and Patent Scientist at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP from 2012 to 2022. Earlier in their career, Andrew served as a Post-Doctoral Research Associate in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at UC Berkeley from 2008 to 2011. Andrew earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota.
