Rabea Foerster is an experienced medical leader in oncology, currently serving as the International Medical Director for Breast Cancer and Mid-size Markets at Exact Sciences since March 2022. Prior to this, Rabea held various leadership roles at Roche from May 2009 to October 2021, including Medical Therapeutic Area Lead for Breast Cancer and Gyneco-Oncology, where responsibilities included strategic oversight of medical activities, development of scientific communication strategies, and management of medical education initiatives. Rabea began a career in healthcare as a Hospital Pharmacist at Klinikum der Stadt Ludwigshafen and has also served as a Clinical Research Associate and Pre-registration Pharmacist. Rabea holds a Pharmacy degree from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and a Ph.D. from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.
