Alex Richter has extensive experience in the chemical industry, having worked in various roles since 2002. At Evonik, Richter has held multiple positions including RDI, Technical Marketing for Vestosint, Strategic Controlling, and Market Segment Head for Biopolymers in the Consumer Goods market. Currently, Alex serves as VP Head of Research for Coatings & Adhesive Resins since May 2021. Previous experience includes a role in Production Optimization at Litarion GmbH from July 2012 to June 2014. Alex holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena and has also studied at Technische Universität Braunschweig, Trinity College Dublin, and the Fraunhofer-Institut für Angewandte Polymerforschung Potsdam.
