Jessie Novey, PHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Head of People and Culture at Evolving Solutions since March 2025. Prior to this role, Novey was the Human Resources Director at Brown and Caldwell, where responsibilities included leading five direct reports and developing organizational policies for a $500M environmental engineering firm.
