David R. Lease has over 20 years of experience in program, operations, and capture management, currently serving as Vice President at Evolver, Inc., where they lead the Homeland Security division. They previously held significant roles at Computer Sciences Corporation and CHI Systems, Inc., successfully directing large IT projects and fostering client relationships. They are also a Senior Professor at Norwich University, teaching advanced courses in Information Assurance, and serve as a Dissertation Chair at the University of Fairfax. With a Ph.D. in Organization & Management from Capella University and multiple degrees from George Mason University and the University of Southern California, David is recognized for their expertise in technology solutions and leadership in IT.
