This team, composed of board-certified psychiatrists, licensed therapists, nurses, and highly trained counselors, designs and implements individualized treatment plans using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). They manage patient care from admission to discharge, including conducting utilization reviews, coordinating discharges, and overseeing both residential and outpatient treatment programs to ensure holistic healing for patients and their families.

The Admissions and Coordination Team at Evolve Adolescent Behavioral Health is responsible for managing the initial stages of the patient journey. This includes addressing inquiries, conducting intake assessments, coordinating admissions logistics, and ensuring a smooth transition for adolescents entering our residential or outpatient programs.
