Dillon Rathman is a seasoned engineering professional whose experience spans roles in controls engineering and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Lead Automation Engineer at Evolution Well Services, Dillon has also held positions at Puffer-Sweiven and ExxonMobil, where they specialized in advanced process control and data management solutions. Dillon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Texas Tech University in 2018. They have contributed to significant projects, including a DMC revamp that resulted in a substantial margin improvement at ExxonMobil.
