Michael Webber is a Ventilation Engineering Specialist and Mining Engineer with extensive experience in high-performing underground mining operations. Currently serving as Principal Ventilation Specialist at Evolution Mining, Michael leads the development and implementation of ventilation engineering strategies to ensure safe and efficient mining. Previously, Michael held various roles at Anglo American and Glencore Australia, where significant contributions included managing ventilation systems and leading operational teams. As a chartered professional mining engineer and RPEQ accredited professional, Michael is also actively involved in mentoring and contributing to global technical conferences. Michael earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining from The University of Queensland and a Graduate Diploma in Mine Ventilation from UNSW.
