Lauren Tosolini has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lauren currently holds the position of People and Performance Lead at Evolution Mining, a role they assumed in September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Sydney Trains, where they served as a Manager People and Change from July 2019 to August 2021. Lauren also had a brief stint as a Senior Advisor People and Change, Projects at the same organization from April 2019 to June 2019. Before joining Sydney Trains, Lauren held various positions at Helloworld Travel Limited, including HR Manager - Projects from October 2016 to December 2018, and HR Manager from January 2010 to October 2016. Lauren gained experience in people relations at Jetset Travelworld Group, where they worked as a Senior Advisor and Advisor People Relations from January 2009 to January 2010 and July 2008 to December 2008, respectively. Prior to that, they worked at Qantas as an Advisor People Relations from January 2007 to July 2008 and as a Coordinator of Remuneration and Benefits from January 2005 to January 2007. Lauren began their career as an Office/HR Coordinator at Technical Focus Recruitment and Supply Chain Careers from October 2001 to December 2003 and later served as an Associate Consultant from January 2004 to August 2004.

Lauren Tosolini holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) from Charles Sturt University. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in 2021.
