Gregory Rousseau is currently the IAM Products Director of Customer Care and Expertise Center at Eviden. Previously, they served as CTO at Pharmagest Interactive, where they oversaw technical policy and product development in healthcare and Fintech, managing a team of about 110 engineers across multiple locations. Gregory also held leadership roles at WALLIX Group as VP of Customer Success and at Reuters as an International Project Manager, focusing on software quality and customer support initiatives. Their extensive experience includes strategic management and implementation of customer support processes in diverse technological environments.
