James "Jim" C. Madden is a prominent American entrepreneur and private equity investor currently serving as Co-CEO of Carrick Capital Partners and Chairman of Genpact. Jim founded Exult, Inc., leading the company to a successful IPO in 2000 before merging it with Hewitt in 2004. Madden has held various investment and advisory roles, contributing to the growth of multiple technology-driven companies. Jim graduated magna cum laude with a BBA in Finance and a BA in Geology from Southern Methodist University and is actively involved in community organizations. In addition to his business endeavors, Madden is a competitive sailor and an avid downhill skier.
