Sasha Lazor is an experienced executive in human resources and compensation strategies, currently serving as Vice President of Compensation, Benefits Strategy, and HR Operations at Eversource Energy since July 2010, after holding the position of Director Compensation. Prior experience includes roles as a Consultant in human resources from June 2009 to July 2010 and as a Senior Consultant at Hewitt Associates from March 2007 to June 2009, as well as a similar position at Hay Group from August 1997 to March 2007. Early in the career, Sasha managed a Refugee Program for the State Department and the INS through the US Embassy in Moscow at The Centech Group from 1990 to 1996. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Sacred Heart University and a BA in Government with a focus on Russian Studies from Connecticut College, along with studies at Leningrad State University and Moscow Energy Institute.
