Thayre Faust is a transformational life coach and mental health advocate, currently serving as a Sr. Director at EVERSANA since 2019. With a robust history in IT management, they held significant roles at companies such as Briggs & Stratton and Kohl's, where they oversaw large teams and budgets. Thayre is also a bereavement survivor, bringing a unique perspective to their coaching practice at V.A.S.T. Possibilities. They pursued education at Lawrence University and actively promote mental health awareness and support.
