Brian Willis currently serves as Area Vice President at Everon, a position attained following the acquisition of ADT Commercial by GTCR. Awarded the Circle of Excellence in 2023 and recognized for maintaining a 4% voluntary tech turnover, Brian previously held various leadership roles at ADT Commercial, where accomplishments included ranking #2 district in 2022 and winning District of the Year in 2021. Prior to ADT, Brian held multiple key positions at Red Hawk Fire & Security, Spectrum Brands, and ADT, achieving significant sales growth and operational performance improvements. Brian holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Portland State University and an A.S. in Criminal Justice from Santa Barbara City College.
