Dmitri Dudin is currently a Hardware Support Engineer at Evernex Malaysia and has been a Lead Technical Support Engineer there since 2012, successfully resolving over 2000 hardware cases for major clients such as HPE and DELL. Prior to this, they worked at ITON Corp as a Software Quality Testing and Call Center IT Support from 2009 to 2010. Dmitri has also been employed at Green Systems ME since 2010, providing technical support for Oracle/Sun and HP systems. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Foreign Languages from Universitatea de Stat din Moldova in 2005.
