Molly Ruder is a Senior Graphic Design & Creative Strategy Manager at Evergy, where they currently lead creative strategies and mentor junior designers. Previously, they held various graphic design roles at The University of Kansas Health System and Bayer CropScience, among others, and served as Public Relations Chair for Theta Phi Alpha Sorority. Molly holds a degree from Creighton University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Their diverse experience includes managing marketing projects, designing web and print assets, and developing comprehensive design strategies.
