Jessica Kulpa is an experienced professional with a strong background in administrative support and customer service. Currently serving as a receptionist at Evergreen Retirement Community since July 2020, Jessica is the first point of contact for residents and visitors, handling inquiries with a calm and professional demeanor. Previously, Jessica held the position of administrative assistant at Fu Associates Ltd. from March 2023 to September 2023, where responsibilities included coordinating invoices, assisting clients, and managing office records. Additionally, Jessica worked as a French transcriptionist at LXT from May 2022 to January 2023, focusing on high-quality transcription of audio files. An Honours Bachelor of Science with High Distinction was earned from the University of Toronto Mississauga, majoring in Anthropology with minors in French Studies and Classical Civilization.
