Mary Chamberlain is the Director at Evaluation Associates Limited and a consultant in the education sector. Previously, they served as the Group Manager for Curriculum Teaching and Learning at the Ministry of Education of New Zealand from 1996 to 2011, where they led initiatives to enhance teaching, learning, and assessment. Mary was the Chair of the New Zealand Curriculum, Progress, and Achievement Ministerial Advisory Group and is currently a member of the New Zealand Qualifications Authority Board. They have significant international experience, having led curriculum and assessment policy reviews in Indonesia, the Solomon Islands, and Samoa. Holding an Executive Master's degree in Public Administration, Mary became a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit in 2012 for their services to education.
