Gábor TÓTHI, PhD, served as the Director and Head of the European Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Interior of Hungary from 2010 to 2012. Prior to this role, Gábor was involved in various capacities including CSDP and CT Coordinator and Desk Officer for civilian crisis management. From 2012 to 2015, Gábor represented Hungary at the European External Action Service as a CivCom Representative. Currently, Gábor chairs the Committee for Civilian Aspects of Crisis Management in the European External Action Service, while holding a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of National Defence, earned between 2005 and 2011.
