Johannes Thon is currently the Senior Vice President and Deputy Head of Project Development at European Energy, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, they served in various roles at European Energy A/S, including Project Manager and Vice President, Head of Project Development CEE. Johannes also gained experience as a Student Assistant at the German Parliament in the Area of Environment and Traffic. They earned a degree in Law with a focus on Business Law from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and furthered their education with a focus on Wind Energy Technology and Management at Carl von Ossietzky Universität Oldenburg. Additionally, Johannes completed a law degree with a focus on Business and Environmental Law at Københavns Universitet.
