Claire O'Leary SFHEA is an accomplished internationalisation specialist with over 25 years of experience in higher education leadership. Currently serving as the Academic Registrar at the Academy of Contemporary Music, Claire oversees academic quality, compliance, and student experience while advocating for student-centric approaches. Claire's extensive background includes key roles at institutions such as the University of Birmingham, University of Warwick, and Independent Higher Education, where they have led strategic initiatives and developed international partnerships to enhance the student experience. As a Senior Fellow of the HEA and General Council Member of the EAIE, Claire remains committed to shaping better practices in international education. Claire holds degrees from the University of Leeds and the University of Warwick, including a Master of Science in Intercultural Communication.
