Paul Morris is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in fleet projects and strategic management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Fleet Projects at Etihad Airways since July 2025, Paul previously held the position of Vice President of Airline & Fleet Strategy at AerCap from November 2021 to July 2025, where Paul established the AFS function and drove transaction success across various deals. Prior to AerCap, Paul held the same title at GECAS from August 2015 to November 2021, contributing significantly to aircraft transactions and customer product marketing. Earlier career roles at Virgin Atlantic encompassed several positions, including Fuel Efficiency Analyst and Revenue Manager for Cargo.
