Richard Turnbull is a Digital Transformation Leader with a strong focus on evolving ways of working and building high-performing teams. They have held various roles in IT operations and service management, most recently as Head of Technical Service at esure Group, where they drive transformation within agile teams. Richard's extensive experience includes positions at companies such as Sky Betting & Gaming and The Very Group, where they delivered service strategies and oversaw operational resilience. They hold a B.A. in Business Management from Leeds Beckett University and are pursuing a BSc in Responsible Business Management from the University of Exeter.
