Vincent Lee is currently the Sales and Education Director for APAC at Tom Ford Beauty, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at L'Oréal from 2018 to 2021, serving as the International Retail Education Manager for YSL Beauté and contributing to the development of global education strategies. Vincent also held managerial positions in retail education for various luxury brands, including Giorgio Armani and Shu Uemura, where they defined training strategies and improved retail efficiency across the Asia Pacific region. Earlier in their career, they were the National Makeup Artist and Artistry Team Leader at Parfums Christian Dior, where they managed teams and executed nationwide events. Vincent is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Organization at the University of Alberta.
