Lahnie Strange is currently the Senior Vice President and Global General Manager of Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, a role held since 2023. Previously, they served in various leadership positions, including as SVP and GM for Estée Lauder and Aerin Beauty in North America in 2021, and as Executive Director of Global Marketing at Bobbi Brown from 2010 to 2013. They started their career as an Associate Brand Manager at Avon Products from 1999 to 2001, and later worked as a Brand Manager at Rostam from 2003 to 2004. Lahnie holds an MBA in Marketing and Management from Columbia Business School and a BA in Women's Studies from Columbia University.
