Amanda Shuey serves as the Global Executive Director, HRBP for TOM FORD and BALMAIN BEAUTY at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since September 2021, having previously held the role of Global Human Resources Director for TOM FORD BEAUTY. Prior to this, Amanda was the Human Resources Director at Rue Gilt Groupe, where responsibilities included leading HR for 350 associates and collaborating with various departments. Amanda's earlier experience includes significant roles at Saks Fifth Avenue, where development and strategic advisory functions were managed across corporate and store operations. Additional experience includes talent acquisition roles at Nestle Nutrition North America and Nestle HealthCare Nutrition, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University.
