Alex Fitzgerald is currently the Vice President of Global Brand Strategic Initiatives and Chief of Staff at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. They previously held the position of VP of Strategic Initiatives & Transformation at MAC Cosmetics from 2021 to 2024. Alex has substantial experience in management roles, including as a Manager and Principal at Kearney from 2017 to 2020, and has worked in various capacities at PriceMetrix by McKinsey and BMO Nesbitt Burns prior to that. Alex holds an MBA from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, completed in 2015, and continues their studies at the International School of Duesseldorf and Western University.
