Faik Ulku is a civil engineer and project manager with extensive experience in construction management and tender management across various countries, including Russia, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia. Currently serving as Project Manager and Tender Department Manager at Esta Construction since 2010, Faik has overseen significant projects such as the Etalon Krillya Residential Complex and multiple shopping malls in Moscow. Earlier in their career, Faik held positions ranging from Site Manager at SADO Construction to Construction Project Manager at Enerjisa AS, where notable projects included 120 Megawatt power plants. Faik holds a degree in civil engineering from Anadolu Ãœniversitesi, completed in 1996.
