Balint Benedek is currently serving as a Process Engineer at Essity since September 2023. Prior to this role, Balint worked as a Process Engineer Trainee at Mölnlycke from October 2021 to July 2023, focusing on the development of a performance indicator for managing raw material waste using a methodology similar to OEE. Previous experience includes positions as an R&D Trainee at BaByliss, where Balint designed and implemented an automated testing bench for hair clippers, and several student jobs in the hospitality sector. Balint holds a Master’s degree in Production Management from HEPL, a Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics from Haute École de Namur-Liège-Luxembourg, and completed secondary education with a focus on Mathematics and Sciences at Athénée Royal Charles Rogier Liège.
