Shaun L. currently serves as the Global Director of Marketing and Creative Services at Essex Solutions since January 2026. Prior to this role, Shaun was the Head of Brand Marketing and Strategy at White Cap, where responsibilities included leading the Brand Marketing team with a focus on brand identity and excellence. Shaun's experience also includes serving as Brand Director at Wayfair and as CEO and Founder of Bohemian Guitars, where operations and marketing were key priorities. As the founder of Bohemian Guitars, Shaun successfully led product development and established international manufacturing and distribution. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Georgia.
