John Arabia is a seasoned hospitality and real estate executive. They served as Managing Director and Senior Lodging, Health Care, and Real Estate Analyst at Green Street Advisors from 1997 to 2011, and later became President and CEO of Sunstone Hotel Investors Inc. from 2011 to 2021. They were a member of the Board of Directors for EdR Collegiate Housing between 2014 and 2018, and currently hold a position on the Board of Directors at Essex Property Trust.
