Nicole Goudman is a seasoned recruitment and employer branding professional with extensive experience in the energy and facilities management sectors. Currently serving as the Employer Branding Manager at Essent since November 2016, Goudman shapes and executes strategies to attract top talent in support of the company’s energy transition goals. Previously, as Teamlead Recruitment at EW Facility Services from January 2013 to October 2016, Goudman oversaw the end-to-end recruitment process and managed a team responsible for high-volume recruitment.
