Wayne Throgmorton is a seasoned mortgage banking leader with over 25 years of experience in Capital Markets, Investor Relations, Risk Management, and Business Development. Currently serving as SVP - Chief Business Officer at Essent since 2022, Wayne has a proven record of driving consultative sales strategies to build customer trust and loyalty. Previously, Wayne held key positions at Genworth Mortgage Insurance and Essent Guaranty, Inc., where they excelled as National Account Manager and later as Vice President of National Accounts. Wayne's career began in Secondary Marketing at Bank One from 1996 to 2001. They also pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Ball State University.
