Antonio Caram de la Sotta is an experienced professional with a strong background in process engineering and operational optimization. Since January 2018, Antonio has held multiple roles at Essbio, including Subgerente de Procesos, Subgerente de Optimización Operacional, and Subgerente de Operación y Mantenimiento, contributing to the management and improvement of operational processes. Prior experience includes positions such as Jefe de Area Técnica at Cementos Bío Bío SA and Ingeniero de Procesos at Promet101 and CAP Acero, where responsibilities ranged from product design to supply chain oversight. Antonio holds an MBA from Universidad del Desarrollo and additional certifications in Lean Management and Data Science from Kaizen Institute Chile and MIT xPRO, respectively.
