Tiny Monama is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, having served as Chief Advisor in Leadership and Talent Management at Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd from 2012 to 2019, following their role as Manager of HR Operations from 2008 to 2011. Tiny holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership, Performance, and Change from the University of Johannesburg, where they also earned two Honours degrees in Psychology and Human Resources. Additionally, Tiny obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Education from the University of South Africa.
