Tania Bowers is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Commercial Manager for the Cape Coastal Cluster at Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd since July 2022. With a strong background in strategy and performance monitoring at Eskom Distribution and leadership experience as the Task Order Committee Chairperson in the Western Cape Operating Unit, Tania has extensive expertise in supplier development and localization, as well as human resources, where contributions include serving as a subject matter expert in skills development. Tania's academic credentials include ongoing doctoral studies in Business Administration at the University of Cape Town, alongside a Master’s Degree in Management Practice and a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Tania's previous roles also encompass notable contributions as an inaugural chairperson of the Energy Sector Education and Training Authority and as a review committee member for the Sentinel/MPF Pension Fund.
