Eva Sundqvist Härdevik is a Senior Rekryteringskonsult at Eskilstuna kommun, where they support the recruitment of leadership and specialist positions, conduct leadership training, and enhance employer branding. Previously, they served as an HR consultant focusing on leadership development and recruitment in Västerås stad and led a local office for Prime Bemanning och rekrytering. Eva began their career at Mindmatch as a coach and recruitment consultant, providing individual and transition coaching. They hold a Filosofie kandidatexamen from Örebro universitet and are currently pursuing studies in Pedagogik at Mälardalens högskola.
