Judith Jardat is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Manager at ESI Technologies and Virtual Guardian. With a background as an HR Specialist at FCA Motor Village France, Judith has expertise in union relations, labor law, core HR processes, organizational design, learning and development, and compensation and benefits. Responsibilities include negotiating collective agreements, managing recruitment processes, implementing training programs, and overseeing health insurance and pension plans. Judith's career began as an HR Assistant at Intermap SA - Motor Village and included a trainee position at the Texas House of Representatives. Judith holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Sciences Po and has participated in the FCA EMEA Graduate Program, along with a cultural anthropology exchange at The University of Texas at Austin.
