Paul Guihen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Paul started their career in 2007, working as a General Labourer for Hanly Group Ltd., where they gained experience in block laying, plastering, and carpentry. Paul then transitioned to the role of Food and Beverage Assistant at Lough Rynn Castle 4*, where they demonstrated strong leadership skills by training new staff and supervising customer service. In 2008, Paul became a Polling Clerk at Leitrim County Courthouse, where they were responsible for setting up and maintaining the polling station and verifying voter identification. In 2014, they joined Escher Group as a QA Engineer, gaining in-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies and conducting various types of testing. Paul also had an internship as a Software Developer, where they worked on CSS styling using Bootstrap. Paul has a strong background in both technical and customer service roles, showcasing their versatility and adaptability in the workplace.

Paul Guihen completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Software Development at the Institute of Technology, Sligo from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Higher Certificate in Computing in the same field of study from 2011 to 2013. In 2008, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, followed by a Higher Certificate in Construction from 2006 to 2008, both at the Institute of Technology, Sligo. Additionally, in October 2018, Paul Guihen obtained certification as an ISTQB Certified Tester - Foundation Level from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
