Dusan Bratic is the Managing Director of the SDU at ERNI and a Group Executive Board Member, leading an AI-powered Service Delivery Unit with over 200 software engineers across four countries. Prior to this role, Dusan served as IT Leiter and Leiter Schulbetrieb at IFA Weiterbildung AG from 2005 to 2011. Dusan holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Business Analysis from Zurich University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2012.
