Vibhas Sharma is a seasoned executive leader with extensive experience in network operations and IoT, specializing in consultative sales and P&L management. They have held various leadership roles at Ericsson from 2007 to 2024, including Head of Operations for IoT and Director of Customer Engagement, where they managed large programs and pioneer initiatives in shared network solutions. Prior to Ericsson, Vibhas served as a Major in the Indian Army, focusing on technology innovations and system integration. They also founded Aura Ventures, driving profitability and innovation across multiple business verticals. Vibhas holds a management degree from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
