Thomas Wakander is the Head of Business Operations at Ericsson AB, where they have been since 2019. Prior to this role, Thomas held various positions within Ericsson, including System Area Manager, Business Practice Lead, Area Manager, and Business Relationship Manager, each focusing on operational accountability and relationship management within the IT sector. Thomas has also worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and ABV Rock Group, contributing to significant projects in the outsourcing and technology industries. They are currently pursuing a Certificate in Advanced English at the University of Cambridge and have completed education at IHM Business School and Compaq Academy.
