Sylvain Coppens is an experienced professional in public safety and mission-critical networks, currently serving as the BeLux Business Development & Account Director at Ericsson, where they focus on business and mission-critical networking solutions. Previously, Sylvain held various roles at Ericsson, including BeLux Head of Strategy, Marketing & Communications, and was part of the leadership program for high-potential talent, enhancing their leadership skills across multiple phases. In addition to their technology expertise, Sylvain has a background in public relations and communication, having worked in diverse roles across different sectors and countries. Sylvain holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from HELB Ilya Prigogine and has pursued additional studies in law.
