Rukmangathan Balakrishnan has over 2.5 years of experience as Co-Founder, CPO, and CTO at Ericsson ONE, where they focus on developing a trusted enterprise AI platform that automates workflows using domain-specific AI models. Previously, Rukmangathan held various leadership roles at Ericsson and Cisco, driving software development, product management, and strategic initiatives. They earned an MBA from Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and have advanced degrees in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky and Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology.
