Kashi Rao, Ph.D., MBA, CISSP, SAFe SM/PM, is a seasoned cybersecurity and solutions architect with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the E2E Sr Security Solutions Manager at Ericsson since 2013, Kashi has worked on various significant projects, including the development of the Ericsson Security Manager Solution and 3GPP SCEF/NEF integration for IoT on OpenStack Cloud. Kashi's expertise includes security automation, threat detection with AI/ML, identity and access management, and BSS solution architecture. Prior experience includes senior roles at Cisco Systems, Alcatel-Lucent, and Texas Instruments, contributing to the development of e2e video architecture frameworks, IPTV solutions, and various networking innovations. Kashi holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California, an MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas, and a B. Tech in Electronics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
